Fashion: Royal Blue

Our little royal style icon, Catherine, the Duchess Of Cambridge, donned a vibrant blue simple little shift from Stella McCartney’s pre-Fall 2012 collection for the opening of an Olympic exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery in London yesterday. While it certainly isn’t the most avant-garde look in the fashion world, in royal fashion terms it hit all the right notes, especially since Stella designed the British Olympic team’s kit this year. And clock the clever subtly-Olympic-themed necklace… She’s a canny one, that Duchess.
